CONTROLLER OF SITE SAFETY RECERTIFICATION COURSE

A 3 day course (including the OLP and CRP modules) to renew your COSS competence.  This must be done within 8 weeks of the expiry of your current COSS.  (You may not carry out the duties of a COSS if your competence has expired)

You must bring with you:

• Your valid sentinel card

• Your Rule Book and COSS Handbook

• Your current log book with required entries completed (including assessment(s))

Please also ensure that your medical and drug and alcohol screen are valid and in date.

Failure to bring the required documentation may mean under current rules that you will be unable to undergo the training.

Delegates may not consume alcohol at any time during the course or for 8 hours prior to any training session. Failure to comply will result in immediate dismissal from the course.
